30-Day Return Window

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Condition for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them, with all accessories included.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at ngpwest@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions for sending the item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe following inspection. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us at ngpwest@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the item, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened items that come into direct skin contact (such as face masks and eye masks) are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
