How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free worldwide on every order, with no minimum purchase required.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, then typically arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. If you're outside your local region, you may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes charged by your country; these aren't included in your order total.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

You can request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
What condition does my item need to be in?
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories.
Can I return an opened LED mask or eye massager?
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened items that come into direct skin contact aren't eligible for return unless they arrived defective or damaged.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 30 days with a photo of the item, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping cost to you.

Are these devices safe to use at home?
Yes, when used as directed. That said, none of our products are intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and they aren't a substitute for medical advice.
Should I check with a doctor before using a device?
If you're pregnant, have a medical condition, or are unsure whether a device is right for you, we recommend checking with a healthcare professional first.
Is the IPL device safe for all skin tones and hair colors?
IPL works by targeting pigment in hair, so it's not suitable for very light hair (blonde, red, grey, white) or recommended for very dark skin tones. Full suitability details are on the IPL product page.
What safety precautions should I take with the IPL device?
Always do a patch test before first use, and avoid the eye area, moles, tattoos, sunburned, or broken skin.

How long does the battery last?
It depends on the device. The heating belt runs up to 26 hours on its lowest setting from a single charge (2000mAh battery). Our LED masks, lip mask, and eye massager are all rechargeable — check each product's Specifications section for exact details.
How do I charge my device?
Every device charges via USB (the eye massager uses USB-C). Connect the included cable and charge fully before first use.
Can I use the device while it's charging?
We recommend fully charging your device before each use for the best experience.
